About Us

Mr. Ali is a senior lawyer. His involvement in thousands of business, real estate, and estate transactions throughout the years allows him to understand clients’ needs and expectations and to give them personal and experienced legal counsel.
Mr. Ali obtained his law degree from the Western University in London, Ontario. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science from the University of British Columbia.

Our firm has its origins in 1968 when Andrew Stabins opened a general practice in Streetsville. He retired in 2006 and Ayoub Ali succeeded him. The combined law firm evolved in response to increasing volume and complexity of law, by emphasizing legal counsel in real estate law, wills and estates law, and business law.
